The Importance of Reflection

This poem was written whilst I was travelling in the south of spain. Only a year before I had lived through an ordeal that nearly killed me. It took a lot of courage to get back on the road again, in my time of healing in the highlands, I had a lot of time to reflect and realised just how important reflection is for us if we are to continue to evolve and transform to better versions of ourselves
